Field Support Engineer

Required Qualifications
This Seattle office position is a outward facing position so the following traits are desired:
  • Prior Support, Development, IS or Testing experience (though the same relevant experience in other areas is equally valued)
  • Calm disposition
  • Good phone voice
  • Able to spell
  • Able to communicate clearly
  • Ability to travel (short duration) for the company to customer or partner sites
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to follow numbered steps
  • Able to write numbered steps
  • Able to work ANY hours including Sundays and holidays

Required Technical Skills

  • Linux power user
  • Windows tools like Word, Visio, Outlook
  • Understanding of tools like TTP or other trouble trackers
  • Must be able to script or code in something useful...bash, perl, python, VB, java, etc.
  • SQL is a plus
  • Must have the ability to troubleshoot
