Field Support Engineer

Required Qualifications
This Seattle office position is a outward facing position so the following traits are desired:
- Prior Support, Development, IS or Testing experience (though the same relevant experience in other areas is equally valued)
- Calm disposition
- Good phone voice
- Able to spell
- Able to communicate clearly
- Ability to travel (short duration) for the company to customer or partner sites
- Attention to detail
- Able to follow numbered steps
- Able to write numbered steps
- Able to work ANY hours including Sundays and holidays
Required Technical Skills
- Linux power user
- Windows tools like Word, Visio, Outlook
- Understanding of tools like TTP or other trouble trackers
- Must be able to script or code in something useful...bash, perl, python, VB, java, etc.
- SQL is a plus
- Must have the ability to troubleshoot
