Widevine® Showcases Watermarking and Integration with Leading IPTV Technology Partners at TelcoTV 2005

Seattle, Wash. Nov. 4, 2005 –Widevine Technologies, the leading provider of comprehensive content protection and digital forensics solutions to video operators, announced today it will highlight integration with best-of-breed IPTV technology partners and sponsor an educational seminar at the TelcoTV 2005 conference and exhibition scheduled for Nov. 9-10 in San Diego, Calif.
Widevine, TVN Entertainment and Motorola will sponsor “Acquiring & Securing Content from Hollywood to the Home,” a seminar for video operators to learn about market dynamics, studio requirements and the steps to license, acquire and secure content for their IPTV deployments. Speakers for the seminar include Doug Light, VP for Sales and Business Development at Widevine; Kurt Heisler, VP of National Accounts at TVN Entertainment; and Bruce Swail, VP and General Manager at Motorola. - Nov. 9, 4-5:30 p.m.: See Glenn talk about Widevine’s approach to delivering downloadable conditional access and digital rights management (DRM) at Content Protection and DRM: Meeting the Needs of Hollywood, a Technology Track Panel moderated by Josette Bonte of RHK-Ovum.
